What to expect

Naturally, the first thing you’ll probably do is look around, create some records and explore some of the setup options. But we’re going to be there with you every step of the way. Once you sign-up for your new Mothernode CRM account, we’ll begin the process of helping you setup the application so it works best for you. You’ll have the option to start with our lesson program that is both structured and self-paced, your choice. You can follow the direction quickly or over the course of the onboarding process during the 15-day trial. This will be a great way to help you (and your business) make the most of Mothernode CRM.

We’ll start by sending you a series of easy to follow emails that guide you through the recommended processes as well as provide you access to all of the lessons for those who want to excel the process. You’ll have resources available such as step-by-step videos and tutorials that will demonstrate how to configure different modules. The second part of the onboarding process will focus on application functionality, including working with customers and contacts, leads and opportunities, how to execute and measure the success of marketing campaigns, and we’ll conclude with some practical tips to further amplify how Mothernode CRM can work for you. The best part is, because our lessons are all web based, you can view them at your convenience.

If that isn’t enough you’ll also have your very own dedicated account manager to help you along the way with any questions you might have.
