Located in central Texas, iZone manufactures custom digital graphics products in digital laminate and thick stocks suitable for sign graphics, exterior applications and surface grade laminates. iZone has specialized in exterior and interior graphic panels for more than a decade.
Challenge
Over the years iZone has built it’s operations in silos. From sales through accounting, each department created their own process solution to achieve their operational goals. Excel templates, FileMaker databases and QuickBooks headlined their operations infrastructure and made departmental hand-offs, communications and finding various customer information a daunting task. To complicate matter, iZone was doing very well as a company. They decided to expand their product offering into new markets and were seeing some great results. Challenge
If there is one industry that needs to stay on top of customers contacts and sales leads, it’s the recruiting industry. Servicing dozens of enterprise customers and maintaining thousands of contacts in their database, Go Get’em needed an organizational tool that could help them quickly pair up the right talent with the right customer. Go Get’em employees often worked in the field and needed a web-based solution that would allow them access their data to assist their clients anywhere, anytime. Contracts, resumes and quoting was all handled in separate MS Office applications and often took hours to search files for the right content. Having multiple users also presented its own set of challenges, the biggest being the sharing of customer records and pricing schedules with each Go Get’em employee. Most documents resided on employee laptops and were never shared, which often caused employees to duplicate efforts.

Challenge
ASI Sign Systems is a national US franchise with over 40 locations. They specialize in manufacturing and selling interior and exterior architectural signage in Healthcare, Education, Corporate and Government markets.Many of the franchisees and the corporate headquarters work with satellite offices for sales and project management and depend on sharing information between offices, including processing orders and requesting pricing proposal. Managers and executives also needed a way to stay on top of businesses from a distance and make sure important deliverables were still being met. Customers are often serviced from multiple locations (depending where their order was in the process) and collaborating when working with a customer account was difficult, because information in one office wasn’t always available in another. Historical information like quotes and supporting documents were also fragmented between locations.
