The Account Manager will manage both existing and new customers for the Sales team. The Account Manager (AM) will be responsible for full customer satisfaction in their designated territory and will act as the customer’s single point of contact. The AM will be responsible for fostering and nurturing the relationship. The AM will understand client’s core business and recommend solutions to fit their changing and/or growing needs. The AM will offer customization to each customer as needed. The AM will work with their Project Management leader for any customer requested customization needs and solutions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management or comparable.
Prior experience with ERP, SaaS, CRM and/or Ecommerce.
Competent sales experience.
Good negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Able and willing to go above and beyond including on-call customer service requests. (Must be available to your customers during their working hours.)
Able to work independently as well as on a team.
Must be willing to do any and all tasks from administrative work to high level negotiations. Start-up mentality is imperative.
